You’ll be joining us at an exciting time - we’ve recently launched our physician marketplace product in the USA to great success, have raised over $60m in VC funding and are on track to grow over 300% in 2024.
WHAT YOU WILL BE GETTING INVOLVED IN
This role sits within the Growth team, reporting in to the Head of Growth. You will have a dotted line to the VP of Revenue Operations. You will be responsible for driving revenue for Braincussion, the leading Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) assessment tool in the US, by ensuring the Business Development team’s calendars are consistently full with meetings.
As a scale-up business, you can expect your role to develop over time. However, some of the types of things you could be getting involved in are:
Building and deploying large scale communication campaigns, using various different tools and platforms
Making over 100 cold calls per day
Collaborating with the Growth team to create high-impact email campaigns that prompt action from ICPs and drive qualified leads
Analyzing performance data to drive consistent improvement
Mentoring a junior BDR, sharing knowledge and best practices
THE TOP 5 THINGS WE WANT YOU TO ACHIEVE IN YOUR FIRST YEAR ARE
By the end of your first year, you will have:
Played a fundamental role in driving Braincussion revenue through driving qualified leads into the business development team
Become highly proficient in building and deploying outreach sequences using multiple tools
Used campaign data to continuously drive improvements in performance
Ensured that feedback you collect from prospects is continuously fed back into the team
Become a highly trusted partner to your colleagues across RevOps, Sales and Product, known for Getting Sh*t Done

Currently running outreach programs that drive high quality leads into a Sales team
Constantly tested and learning to find the best performing combinations of messaging and format. You’ll be able to clearly articulate what you’ve done, and how you’ve used data to improve performance
Identified a clear process for building high quality lead lists
Clearly communicated out the performance of and any feedback collected from your outreach to other teams
HOW WE WILL INTERVIEW YOU:
We try to keep our interview process short, and as a small business, we can move through the stages quickly. Due to availability, there may be a change to the order of the interview process, but generally speaking, this is what you can expect:
Introductory call/interview with our Senior Talent Partner, Sam. The call is via telephone and will last around 30 minutes.
Should it feel like there is an initial fit for all, we will invite you to a video call with the hiring manager for around 45 minutes. This is a more structured interview and will deep dive into the role and technical needs.
All of our roles will have a small assessment stage. This might be in person, a take-home assessment or further video calls. Length varies; however, we are mindful that you will have your own work to do and, therefore, try to keep it as simple as possible.
