Job Description: Business Development Representative (Intellistars ABA Therapy)

As a pediatric ABA therapy agency in the Atlanta, GA area, Intellistars ABA is committed to redefining ASD care. Our mission is to build a talented family of BCBAs (Board Certified Behavior Analysts) and RBTs (Registered Behavior Technicians) who prioritize communication and respect. Through these values, we deliver top-quality experiences for families and children with Autism.

Position Overview: As a Business Development Representative, you will play a crucial role in expanding our reach and impact. Your responsibilities will include:

  1. Engaging with Healthcare Professionals:

    • Traveling to pediatricians and developmental psychologists in the region.
    • Providing industry-relevant information during meetings and presentations.
    • Building and maintaining relationships with these professionals.
  2. Advancing Our Mission:

    • Collaborating with the team to redefine ABA therapy by promoting our unique approach.
    • Demonstrating a passion for changing lives by advocating for children and families affected by Autism.

Qualifications: We are seeking a candidate with the following qualifications:

  • Healthcare Business Development Experience:

    • Proven track record in business development within the healthcare industry.
    • Familiarity with pediatric care and developmental psychology is a plus.
    • Ability to articulate the value of Intellistars ABA services to potential partners.
  • Passion for Impact:

    • A genuine desire to make a difference in the lives of children and families with Autism.
    • Commitment to our positive work culture and supportive environment.
