Look no further We are currently seeking a Remote Customer Service Advisor to join our team in Cincinnati.                                                                                                                                        As a Customer Service Advisor, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer support and ensuring customer satisfaction. If you have strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and excellent listening skills, we want you on our team

Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions
- Utilize problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues and concerns
- Pay close attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all customer interactions
- Listen actively to customers to understand their feedback and provide excellent service

Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Preferred Qualifications:
- Associates or college degree
- Competitive and committed to success
- Previous customer service or sales experience
