Cincinnati, United States Remote Vans Full time

We're looking for an energetic, curious, marketing graduate who is familiar with digital marketing platforms like Youtube, Instagram, LinkedIn and software like Wordpress, Mailchimp, Hubspot and Canva.


Note: This is a full-time, on-site role for individuals based in Cincinnati, OH or intending to move here. It is not suitable for freelancers, agencies or remote workers.


You'll be working out of our Cincinnati HQ, directly with our CMO and junior designer, developing and distributing content, helping grow and nurture our online communities, interacting with people at events and helping showcase our adventure vans. Plus, you have some awesome, out-of-the-box thinking when it comes to marketing adventure vans :)


You're detail-orientated, passionate about travel in the USA, have a keen interest in our beautiful state parks and want to help inspire people to get into their vans and explore We’re seeking a marketing graduate with proven co-op experience working on independent brands.


Education & Skills:

  • Undergraduate degree in marketing
  • Basic Experience: Content development, management and distribution, managing social media platforms, Facebook Ads, SEO
  • Skills: Canva, Photography, Editing on Social Media platforms (Stories, Reels etc)
  • Familiarity with G Suite (Docs, Sheets & Meet)
  • Advantage: Video editing skills, experience with partner marketing & on-site events experience


Responsibilities:


  • Work closely with the CMO to elevate our current marketing
  • Content development for marketing and sales communications and internal communications
  • Growing the Remote Vans Rolling Nomads community
  • Manage social media platforms
  • Email campaign management
  • Monitor social advertising campaigns
  • Track and exceed KPIs for relevant digital marketing metrics
  • Development of specific collateral
  • Work with sales to gain insights into customer journey, pain points and "fan favourites" in the vans
  • General duties within the marketing department
  • Set up and attendance at relevant trade shows
  • Set up and attendance at Remote Vans events
  • Assistance with apparel and orders
  • Continuously seek to improve the look and feel of the marketing materials
  • Collaborating with partner marketing teams
  • Contribute to the overall success of the company by working with all team members through collaboration, cooperation, and camaraderie.

  • You have a relevant bachelor's degree with 0-1 years of experience (Co-ops count)
  • You have strong communication skills and appreciate deadlines
  • You are good at building relationships across the entire organization
