​Sales Manager / Key Account Manger (m/w/d)–Kundenbetreuung und Neukundenaquise im Bereich Tourismus

Das erwartet Dich :
 

Als Trade Sales Manager für Berlin setzt Du die regionale Sales Strategie auf lokaler Ebene für unsere aktuell 5 Attraktionen in Berlin um.

Du verantwortest und entwickelst ein Portfolio von lokalen Key Accounts, unseren strategisch wichtigsten Vertriebspartnern für den Ticketverkauf der Berliner Attraktionen im lokalen Markt.

Dir obliegt die persönliche Betreuung, Pflege und der Ausbau der Beziehungen zu den Vertriebspartnern.

Du bist verantwortlich für die Steigerung der Vertriebsumsätze, der Besuchervolumen und der Erträge durch die Partner im Rahmen der vorgegebenen Budgets.

Du monitorst sorgfältig die Performance der einzelnen Partner, erstellst Key-Account-Pläne und verhandelst aktiv Marketingaktivierung mit den Partnern, um die vorgegebenen Ziele zu erreichen.

Ebenfalls zu Deinen Aufgaben zählen die Konzeption, Planung und Umsetzung von FAM Trips und Schulungsmaßnahmen zur Verkaufsförderung.

Du identifizierst neue Businesspotentiale, insbesondere im Gruppengeschäft, akquirierst neue Vertriebspartner und gliederst diese erfolgreich in Dein Key Account Portfolio ein.

Du repräsentierst Merlin auf Fachmessen, Tourismus- und lokalen Networking Veranstaltungen

Du berichtest an den Head of Tade Sales.

Du überzeugst uns durch:
 

Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich BWL, Marketing, Tourismus oder vergleichbare Ausbildung

Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Bereich Sales oder Travel Trade

Idealerweise kennst Du bereits den Berliner Markt, die touristischen Leistungsträger und Hotels in der Stadt, und bis hier sehr gut vernetzt

Du verfügst über exzellente Kommunikations- und Networking Fähigkeiten gepaart mit Verhandlungsgeschickt, Überzeugungskraft und Erfolgswillen

Analytisches Denkvermögen und strategische Herangehensweise sind dir eigen

Ein hohes Maß an Eigenmotivation, eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe, ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit sowie eine selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise zeichnen dich aus

Deutsch auf Muttersprachenniveau und sehr gutes Geschäftsenglisch

Geübter Umgang mit Excel zur Erstellung/Aktualisierung von Berichten

Flexibilität bei der Anpassung an sich schnell ändernde Prioritäten und ein schnelllebiges Arbeitsumfeld
