FHIA is hiring a Purchasing Admin for our Fort Lauderdale location We are looking for a outgoing and detail-oriented individual to join our team

$15/hr starting wage, 40 hrs per week

What You’ll Do:
Review all orders from every office within the State of Florida, and ensure there are no errors with each individual job
Review measurers with issues/concerns on a needed basis with Homeowners, Measure Technicians, Sales Representative, and Permitting
Purchasing of all requests from all locations of the company with all vendors.
Entering all purchasing information into the company’s system (LeadPerfection), updating the associated employees with ETA’s and/or issues
Assess, manage, and mitigate risks
Determine quality and timing of deliveries
Maintain cost standards for materials and labor
What You’ll Bring:
Must be able to efficiently multi-task and work together with others
Intermediate experience with Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, and Outlook
Solid judgment along with decision making skills
High attention to detail
Prior admin or data entry is a plus
