What will your job look like?

We are looking for a Retail Administrative Coordinator with great communication and organizational skills. The Retail Administrative Coordinator is vital in processing all necessary paperwork for our retail store program which expands over the low-country market.

Serve both Internal and External Clients at the highest level.

Training internal technicians across both Savannah and Charleston markets.

Answer all incoming calls with a sense of urgency, friendly, helpful manner and ensure all relevant notes are documented.

Responsible for processing all paperwork associated with our retail programs.

Understanding each customers portal and how to effectively navigate through each level to properly close out jobs (Home Depot & Costco)

Properly prioritize calls and duties to ensure that all information is accurate and precise.

Be a superior resource for the field staff by communicating with internal and external stakeholders throughout the day to resolve issues and facilitate the work toward completion.

Communicate effectively with the retail team in the market.

All other duties as assigned

 

What do you need?

High school diploma or equivalent.

Must have at least one (1) year of administration experience.

C&C Myers/Thompson & Thompson Service Group may conduct a preemployment background check and drug test, subject to applicable law.
