* Welcome visitors in the office

* General office duties, such as purchasing office supplies, coordinating vendors supply, and miscellaneous administrative assistance to office project teams

* Coordinate meeting space & in office events

* Assist with travel arrangements

* Assist the marketing team with events and proposal document packages

* Ensure new hires have all necessary equipment

* Shipping / Receiving of daily office mail & package

A successful Front Desk Coordinator will be a strong communicator, able to multi task and move from task to task promptly, will give great attention to detail and will be very organized.
