Product Marketing Strategy: The Peacock Product Marketing Strategy team’s mission is to deliver the right product to the right audience with the right message – driving business growth, feature adoption, and customer delight. We aim to provide consumers with the best streaming experience possible by helping them seamlessly engage with their favorite content. We partner closely with Product Management, Brand Marketing, Consumer Insights, Creative, Operations, and more to bring these campaigns to life.
Peacock is looking for a creative and strategic MBA Intern for Product Marketing Strategy. You will gain experience developing and launching go-to-market campaigns for our features, cross-functional content campaigns, promotional strategy, and research initiatives, all while helping craft various communications and value props.
Day-to-day responsibilities may include:
Working with the Senior Manager and Director of Product Marketing Strategy to develop recommendations for future campaigns and opportunity areas.
Assist in the development and refinement of marketing strategies, including positioning, target audience segmentation, and messaging.
Opportunity to own end-to-end process for current or upcoming product feature, navigating cross functional relationships to effectively deliver on a consumer facing campaign.
Deliver a final presentation to executives and key stakeholders.
Platform and Device Partnerships: The Peacock Distribution Strategy & Partnerships team sits within the broader NBCU Direct-to-Consumer group. Working directly with multiple stakeholders across the organization, we define and execute the distribution and partnership strategy for Peacock. Our group is focused on the establishment of new distribution opportunities, partnerships, and business development efforts in key audience growth areas and emerging market categories to drive Peacock growth - we are looking for an intern to help support these exciting initiatives. The Peacock, BD & Partnerships Intern supports the DTC Partnerships team on a wide variety of projects spanning across partners from the MVPD, IAP, FAST, and Social/Emerging fields.
Day-to-day responsibilities may include:
Update a variety of data trackers on a weekly/monthly basis
Shadow internal meetings and take notes to distribute teamwide
Contribute to write-ups when requested by team members
Assist with deck building on PowerPoint
Contribute to monthly updates of established deck series
Complete research requests, ranging from one-off requests for partner leads, competitive research, and market trends
Create deliverables for internal quarterly meetings, including graphs, research, & data analysis
When opportunity is available, present internally to partner leads and other stakeholders
Craft ideas for market landscaping and take lead on creating a summary deck
