The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions across various digital channels to promote all Naylor Association Solutions projects. They will leverage a mix of paid, owned, and earned media tactics, including SEM and display advertising. 

Responsibilities:
Develop and implement digital marketing strategies aligned with project objectives and target audience preferences.  

Create, update, and optimize web-based media kits.  

Execute paid media campaigns across platforms like Google Ads and programmatic advertising networks.  

Monitor campaign performance metrics, including click-through rates, conversion rates, and return on ad spend. 

Conduct A/B testing and optimization to improve campaign performance and efficiency. 

Manage digital advertising budgets and allocations to maximize ROI. 

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate digital marketing tactics with overall marketing initiatives. 

Stay updated on digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field. 

Proven experience in digital marketing campaign management and optimization.  

Strong understanding of digital advertising platforms and tactics, including SEM and display advertising. 

Proficiency in digital analytics tools such as Google Analytics or similar platforms. 

Experience with A/B testing and optimization techniques. 

Excellent communication and collaboration skills. 

Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
