Senior Marketing Manager

The Senior Marketing Manager at Nichiha USA plays a crucial role in leading the companys marketing efforts across the commercial building materials sector. This position demands an innovative leader with a strong grasp of B2B marketing, channel, brand, communications, and digital customer experience strategies. The ideal candidate will be adept at navigating complex market landscapes to drive significant sales and commercial growth through strategic marketing initiatives.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and execution of integrated marketing strategies to enhance corporate visibility and increase market penetration. This involves combining traditional marketing with digital strategies to effectively engage target audiences and achieve business objectives.
- Employ analytical tools and KPIs to guide strategic decisions and optimize marketing efforts. Focus on comprehensive metrics, lead and revenue metrics, digital and content engagement metrics, customer and market insights, and event and community engagement.
- Spearhead collaborative efforts with product, sales, and marketing teams to craft and implement targeted campaigns. Ensure that marketing plans align with sales objectives and the companys broader strategic goals.
- Manage the creation and dissemination of all marketing content, ensuring it aligns with Nichihas brand identity and meets the markets needs. Lead the marketing communications strategy, including digital content and direct marketing initiatives.
- Actively engage with key market players, including stakeholders and customers, to gather insights and feedback. Utilize this information to refine marketing strategies and product offerings, ensuring they align with customer expectations and market trends.
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated success in a senior marketing role, preferably within the building materials industry or similar B2B environments.
- Proven ability to lead and inspire a marketing team, fostering an innovative and collaborative work environment.
- Strong capability for strategic thought and the ability to use data and market analysis to inform decisions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of crafting clear and persuasive messages for varied audiences.
- Highly self-motivated, curious, and capable of initiating and driving projects to completion with minimal oversight.
- High proficiency in Google Suite, Microsoft Office, and CRM systems; understanding of analytics and visualization platforms preferred.
- Proven track record of adapting new technologies to solve practical business challenges.
- Demonstrable experience in applying generative AI tools for enhancing business processes, specifically in marketing strategies, planning, and project management.
Education/Experience Required:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. A Masters degree in a related field is preferred.
- At least 7-10 years of marketing experience, with significant leadership experience in strategic marketing roles.
- Certifications in Digital Marketing, Project Management, or related fields are beneficial.
