Position Summary

TaxConnex is seeking a creative, highly motivated, organized, “get it done” digital campaigns manager to join our Marketing and Demand Generation team. This role is a crucial piece of our team, ensuring we have the right digital and outbound campaigns in place to drive demand and nurture our growing B2B and partner audience.

This role will report to our Director of Marketing and will be responsible for managing our paid media vendors, working with our Content Manager to create effective and innovative digital campaigns, will help segment data base lists for effective targeted marketing and create and measure engaging ABM and outbound campaigns in our marketing automation platform, HubSpot.


Essential Functions and Responsibilities

Key functions include:


Create outbound Marketing Campaigns

  • Work with team to determine needed campaigns and develop email cadences to nurture our target audiences.
  • Assist with list segmentation and research to ensure we have the right target audiences.


Partner Campaigns

  • Assist in working with our partners to create joint content and campaigns. Including landing page creation, email campaigns, and paid media.



Paid Digital Advertising Management

  • Be point of contact to our SEO and Paid Media Vendor
  • Work with Content Manager to utilize new content in our paid media campaigns.
  • Ensure we are utilizing the right budget and keywords to show up for our target audience.
  • Build retargeting campaigns based on web visits and campaign projects.


Paid Social Management

  • Work with Content Manager to create new paid LinkedIn Campaigns
  • Monitor and report on the success of our paid social campaigns.
  • Create new campaigns and adjust targeting lists to match target audiences.


General Website Maintenance and SEO improvements

  • Website updates, improvements, and maintenance
  • Help with content brainstorming to improve SEO.
  • Assist in website refresh and implementing SEO strategy.



Position Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Advertising, Business, Communication, or related field
  • 4-6 years of marketing, operations, or advertising experience
  • Experience managing Google AdWords and Analytics platforms.
  • Working knowledge of advertising, content development, design and marketing concepts used to attract, engage, and convert prospects.
  • Strong organization skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to gain the trust and respect of team and peers.
  • Strong problem solver with the ability to think strategically.
  • Highly coachable, self-motivated, and organized
  • Desire to learn and work in multiple areas of marketing to assist in driving demand for the company.
