Quality and Compliance Supervisor

The Quality and Compliance Supervisor manages a team who is responsible for promoting a culture of improvement within the 4Kids4Families network by monitoring the quality and regulatory compliance of network providers and providers from whom ancillary services are purchased. Responsible for supervising Quality & Compliance Specialists in the monitoring process, including routine provider audits and partnering with network providers to develop improvement plans.

Responsibilities:
Other duties may be assigned as necessary.
Facilitates collection and execution of contracting documents and requirements with service providers.
Supervises Quality and Compliance Specialists in auditing and monitoring network providers according to the terms of their contract.
Ensures individual provider scorecards are communicated to providers and integrated into the monitoring process.
Supports the development of performance improvement plans for providers.
Assists in preparation for internal and external audits, as needed.
Oversees and conducts investigations of serious incidents, grievances, and complaints as needed.
Provides regular supervision for staff.
Is knowledgeable of audit deficiencies and facilitates the correction with the appropriate staff.
Performs all duties within contract, state and federal regulations, company policy, and COA standards.
Maintains and encourages a healthy staff environment and culture.
Conducts annual evaluations of appropriate staff members.
Participates in hiring and termination procedures.
May be required to drive company vehicles, be insurable with our auto insurance provider, and complete company's vehicle training.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree from accredited college or university required. At least three (3) years’ experience working with children in the child welfare industry and two (2) years of progressive supervisory experience.
