Overview:
The Quality and Compliance Training Supervisor manages a team who is responsible for professional development, continuous learning, legislatively mandated and certification training. The supervisor also ensures CLOE training standards are met. The candidate would also manage the oversight to CLOE and mentorship programs, as well as all other programs requiring state mandated compliance.

Responsibilities:
Other duties may be assigned as necessary.

Create training schedule for all mentor trainings with Mentor Compliance Specialist and ensure it is added to online calendar.

Encourage leadership staff to develop mentors and to become mentors.

Communicate with leadership any concerns regarding mentors, protégés, pairing conflicts, stipend issues, etc.

Review, verify, and approve mentor applications, as well as approve/deny mentor pairings.

Attend 10-week leadership meeting with training team and supervisors on protégé’s progress. Attend any weekly check-ins as needed per supervisor request.

Maintain the training team informed of new staff on-boarding so that ITPs can be prepared.

Facilitate correspondence with DFPS FBSS staff for ITP tasks for both agencies' proteges.

Communicate any issues with leadership if supervisor and/or protege are not completing training tasks timely.

Review competency evaluations for completeness and ensure all training tasks have been completed by a protégé; ensuring that a final decision can be made if they are case assignable.

Review SSCC spreadsheet to ensure recordings are accurate for FCL reporting for graduated caseloads.

Correspond with DFPS and report any training or mentor changes as needed.

Request any exemptions and or substitutions from DFPS to training material as needed.

Communicate with HR as needed for stipend issues.

Create annual cohort calendar per DFPS annual schedule along with Arrow New Employee Orientation.

Ensure that all 4Kids4Families trainings (mentors and CPD) are listed on the online calendar and registration works correctly.

As needed, help facilitate and schedule trainings with leadership staff to train biological parents, youth, kinship caregivers, staff, and network providers.

Ensures that participant guides, instructor guides and all activities, spreadsheets, etc. are available in 4Kids4Families/Arrow Training Team SharePoint.

Point of contact regarding all training questions, concerns, and comments.

Perform all duties within contract, state and federal regulations, company policy, and regulatory agency standards.

May be required to drive vehicles, be insurable with our auto insurance provider, and complete company vehicle training.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree from accredited college or university required. At least three (3) years’ experience working with children in the child welfare industry and two (2) years of progressive supervisory experience.
