Digital Brand Marketing Specialist

In this role, you will be responsible for executing and managing effective digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and sales. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns across various digital platforms, ensuring consistent brand messaging and creative execution. Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to support brand objectives and drive consumer engagement and sales.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Brand Managers, Creative Teams, and Social Media Specialists, to develop integrated marketing campaigns and ensure consistent brand messaging.
Manage and execute digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media advertising, display advertising, and influencer partnerships.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance, utilizing data-driven insights to optimize campaigns and drive results.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing, and identify new opportunities for innovation and growth.
Collaborate with external agencies and vendors to enhance digital marketing efforts, including creative development, media planning, and implementation.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of digital marketing initiatives.
Regularly report on key performance metrics, providing actionable insights to key stakeholders.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the Toys, Confections, or Snacks industry.
Demonstrated experience in planning and executing effective digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms, including social media, email marketing, and display advertising.
Strong understanding of digital marketing best practices, trends, and technologies.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and email marketing platforms.
Analytical mindset, with the ability to utilize data to make informed decisions and optimize campaign performance.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Highly organized and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Passion for the Toys, Confections, and Snacks industry.
