Position Overview:
We are seeking an innovative Customer Success Senior Program Manager to enhance our program management capabilities, and to help us scale our Customer Success efforts in a dynamic and fast-growing environment.  

 

The Customer Success Senior Program Manager will play a pivotal role in driving strategic initiatives and large-scale programs across the organization. Reporting to the Customer Success Operations leader, this position is crucial for enhancing our customer and stakeholder experience and our operational efficiency within the Customer Success team.

Responsibilities:
 

Act as the primary Program Management Subject Matter Expert on the Customer Success Team

Design and implement operational strategies to boost the efficiency and effectiveness of the Customer Success Team

Lead and manage cross-functional initiatives to elevate the customer experience and advance the maturity of our Customer Success practices

Introduce and integrate advanced program management frameworks and best practices to refine our Customer Success operations

Drive adoption of new tools and processes through effective change management techniques, enhancing stakeholder engagement and program success

Qualifications:
7+ years of experience in program management, ideally within a customer success context

Demonstrated ability to manage significant cross-functional programs, with a proven track record of successful collaboration and partnership across various organizational levels

Strong foundation in change management principles; PROSCI certification is highly desirable

Excellent organizational, planning, and communication skills, coupled with a detail-oriented and hands-on approach

Results-oriented with a strong bias for action to drive key business-critical metrics

Resilient and adaptable, able to thrive in ambiguous and fast-paced situations, and adept at managing multiple priorities simultaneously

Familiarity with customer success technologies and best practices is preferred

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional experience is required; PMP certification is a plus
