Job Description

Assisting lawyers and contract administrators with contract administration (e.g., arranging for the timely execution and distribution of contracts, assisting with administrative filings with trademark and customs offices worldwide, etc.) 

Creating and maintaining well-organized filing systems and reports 

Responding to routine requests for documents and forwarding questions to appropriate internal teams  

Managing and tracking high-volume agreements, including entering contract information into status reports 

Assisting with antipiracy enforcement and using intellectual property protection tools to search and remove infringing products and content 

Drafting standard license agreements, amendments, and other legal documents from templates 

Other administrative support, including filing, scanning, photocopying, and mailing as needed
