In this role, you'll be essential in growing our client base by identifying new business opportunities, engaging potential clients, and building valuable relationships. If you have strong communication skills and enjoy working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, this could be a fantastic opportunity to develop your career.Key Responsibilities:Lead Generation: Research and identify potential clients through various sources, including social media, industry events, and proactive outreach.Initial Outreach: Contact potential clients via phone, email, and LinkedIn to introduce our services.Lead Qualification: Engage with prospects to understand their needs, challenges, and how our offerings align with their goals.Meeting Coordination: Schedule and set up appointments or product demos for the sales team with qualified leads.CRM Management: Keep the CRM system updated with accurate records of client interactions and lead information.Team Collaboration: Partner with Account Executives and Business Development team members to strategize ways to advance leads through the sales pipeline.Feedback Collection: Share insights and feedback with the marketing and product teams based on client interactions to inform future strategy.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience; a scientific background (e.g., Chemistry, Biology) is beneficial but not required.1-2 years of experience in a sales or business development role is preferred.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong organizational and time-management skills.Self-driven, proactive, and eager to learn.Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.Ability to build rapport and establish strong client relationships quickly.Compensation and Benefits:We offer a competitive salary and benefits package based on market standards.
