Remote, Oregon, United States Agiloft Full time $120,000 - $150,000 per year

As the most trusted global leader in data-first contract lifecycle management (CLM) software, Agiloft helps organizations manage the end-to-end process of proposing, negotiating, signing, and leveraging contracts using our flexible Data-first Agreement Platform (DAP). With contract data as the foundation, customers quickly and collaboratively reach agreement and leverage contract visibility to thrive with competitive advantage. Employing powerful, pragmatic artificial intelligence as a legal force multiplier, and robust integration capabilities as a data liberator, organizations around the world trust Agiloft's certified implementers to deliver connected, intelligent, and autonomous solutions across the entire contract lifecycle.

Top analysts like Gartner, Forrester, and IDC agree, all showing Agiloft as a leader in the CLM space. Our no code platform is easily managed and administered by business users, which is why Agiloft is the contract you keep: nearly a full 100% of new customers are satisfied with their initial implementations, and some 97% of customers renew every year. Ours is a growing, vibrant, successful company that is at the forefront of a market that is becoming a must-have for all organizations.

We believe that the way to build the strongest, most vibrant place to work is to bring in individuals from all walks of life, and to support them in bringing their authentic selves to their day, every day. Our working philosophy is that "EX = CX": when employee experience is excellent, so is customer experience. We support multiple Employee Resource Groups (ERGs), and offer a working environment that supports healthy work/life balance, including floating holidays and a quarterly, no-questions-asked wellness day.

Position Overview

As part of Agiloft's Professional Services team, you will play a critical role in helping customers integrate Agiloft with their enterprise ecosystems. Agiloft provides connectors and out-of-the-box integrations with industry-standard systems such as Workato, Salesforce, Oracle, DocuSign, Adobe Sign, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Tableau, Power BI, Boomi, and Mulesoft, while also supporting custom integration needs.

As a Systems Integration Consultant, you will be a hands-on, client-facing, billable individual contributor within the Professional Services delivery team. You will design, configure, and implement integrations—leveraging Workato and API-based solutions—that connect Agiloft with systems such as Salesforce, Oracle, SAP S4Hana, and Coupa. Success in this role requires both technical expertise and strong interpersonal skills: you will work directly with IT teams, business stakeholders, and project managers to ensure integrations meet both business and technical needs.

You will collaborate across Professional Services, Sales, and Product to deliver successful outcomes, while also contributing reusable assets, best practices, and documentation to scale the team's capabilities. You will also share knowledge to mentor and upskill teammates. This role offers high responsibility and autonomy and is best suited for someone who thrives at the intersection of technical problem-solving, client interaction, and teamwork.

Job Responsibilities
  • Client Engagement & Delivery
  • Collaborate directly with customers and Agiloft's Professional Services team to ensure successful integration of Agiloft with enterprise systems (e.g., Salesforce, Oracle, SAP S4Hana, Coupa).
  • Guide customers through available integration approaches and recommend best-fit solutions.
  • Capture and define detailed requirements during the design phase and configure integrations during the build phase.
  • Develop integration documentation, including technical specifications and mapping documents.
  • Design, configure, test, and troubleshoot integrations using Workato and API-based solutions.
  • Provide advisory support to Agiloft's Systems Integration (SI) Partners through the Advisory Services Program.
  • Achieve Professional Services utilization targets by delivering billable, high-quality consulting services.
  • Sales & Pre-Sales Support
  • Partner with the Professional Services Sales team to scope integration requirements and estimate consulting costs.
  • Lead technical discussions with prospects during the pre-sales process to uncover ecosystem challenges and solution opportunities.
  • Serve as the acknowledged subject matter expert on integration-related topics throughout the sales and delivery lifecycle.
  • Product Expertise & Collaboration
  • Build deep functional knowledge of Agiloft's CLM platform and how it interacts with other enterprise systems.
  • Partner with Product Management to identify and prioritize product and integration enhancements based on customer needs and technical obstacles.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Professional Services to shape Agiloft's integration roadmap.
  • Knowledge Sharing & Team Enablement
  • Develop scalable, reusable integration assets, templates, and best practices.
  • Share expertise with colleagues and mentor team members to strengthen the overall integration delivery capability.
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Willingness to travel up to 10%
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years in high tech software/SaaS with at least 2 years in a customer-facing role
  • Extensive experience setting up system integrations using SOAP/REST and industry standard API protocols
  • Hands-on experience delivering integrations using Workato.
  • Excellent communication (verbal and written), listening, and presenting skills
  • Experience gathering requirements, scoping, and writing specifications
  • Detail-oriented with an enthusiasm for solving problems in real-time
  • Must have strong analytical, process validation and troubleshooting skills to understand system interfaces and be able to quickly analyze, troubleshoot and resolve system interoperability problems
  • Experience working as part of a project team.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Working knowledge of SQL, Python, or other programming languages desired
  • Experience integrating with common CLM-adjacent systems, like Salesforce, Oracle, SAP S4Hana, Coupa, Workday, MS Dynamics
  • Bachelor's degree or master's degree in a technical discipline
