As a result, you will be working on designing new product features, refining existing APIs to meet partner needs, standardize and automate new partner launches to reduce onboarding time, and take them through various stages of implementation, testing and go-live. This is a cross-functional role requiring you to work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure all technical as well as business requirements are met.ResponsibilitiesDesign and own the product strategy, roadmap, and execution for solving ambiguous problems that pertain to onboarding efficiencyDesign, develop and manage activities for launching Green Dot's partner products and services from product definition and planning through production, release, and end of lifeLead all stages of a product's lifecycle including modifications, upgrades and maintenance of the product or product lineAnalyze product requirements and develop appropriate processes and artefacts to ensure they're successfully deliveredDefine functional and non-functional technical requirements and prioritize them with business owners and other stakeholdersCollaborate closely across various teams including Business, Engineering, QA, and Account Management teamsRequirementsBachelor's degree in computer science or a technical field preferred.Technical background, with at least 8 years of product management experience preferred and 3+ years of experience in managing an API-based B2B services strongly preferredAbility to explain business requirements to technical teams, and demystify technical details for business teamsStrong ability to influence cross-functional teamsStrong written and oral communication skillsWorking knowledge of FinTech products and services preferredPOSITION TYPERegularPAY RANGEThe targeted base salary for this position is $138,800 to $208,100 per year.
