Piper Company is seeking a Technical Product Manager for a REMOTE opportunity. This position will join a cutting-edge team, where the mission is to build a unified data platform that transforms fragmented customer data into clean, standardized insights—empowering personalized engagement and data-driven decision-making across healthcare.

Responsibilities of the Technical Product Manager:

  • Translate business goals into agent-executable tickets with precise instructions, tool access, constraints, and acceptance tests.
  • Curate and maintain versioned context packs (instructions, retrieval policies, tool catalogs).
  • Govern Agent Operating Standards including model/tool selection, risk thresholds, rollback triggers, and change control.
  • Define metrics, run evaluations, and drive decisions using data (not demos).
  • Align cross-functionally with Platform Integration, Agentic UX, Security/Compliance, and Product teams.
  • Maintain living documentation—workflows, personas, ADRs, system contracts—for seamless onboarding and traceability.
  • Communicate progress, risks, and costs clearly to executive stakeholders.

Qualifications for the Technical Product Manager:

  • 5+ years of technical product or program management in software/platform environments.
  • Systems literacy: APIs, data flows, CI/CD, environments; ability to read diffs, traces, and dashboards.
  • Experience framing work for LLM/agent workflows (prompts/context, tool access, acceptance tests).
  • Strong experimentation skills (A/B testing) and understanding of cost/reliability trade-offs.
  • Exceptional written communication skills—crisp specs and decision logs.

Compensation for Technical Product Manager:

  • Hourly: $90-$100/hr
  • Comprehensive Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, Sick Leave if required by law
  • REMOTE
