Job Overview: As a Product Manager on Snapsheet's Data Team, you'll own the strategy, roadmap, and execution. The team plays a critical role in delivering dashboards and insights that empower both our customers and internal teams to make smarter business decisions. By focusing on the data and analytics that power our platforms, you'll help build external features and internal tools, enhance visibility into business operations, and drive scalable, data-driven solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Customer-Centric Innovation: Translate customer needs into impactful product strategies.
- Roadmap Development: Prioritize and craft roadmaps that balance customer demand, market trends, and business goals.
- Feature Management: Lead product development, ensuring features meet user needs and business objectives.
- Technical Savvy: Collaborate with engineering to turn technical specs into easy-to-use features.
- Problem Solving: Focus on solving meaningful customer problems.
- Data-Informed Decisions: Leverage data and feedback to inform product decisions.
- Collaboration: Partner with teams across the business to achieve shared goals.

Qualifications:
- 3+ of product management in SaaS or B2B products;
- Proven adaptability to changing conditions.
- Strong technical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- SQL experience
- Data-informed decision-maker with a focus on customer needs.
- Experience with agile development and cross-functional collaboration.
- Nice to have: Data pipelining experience

Compensation that Grows with You
For this position, the base salary range is $120,000 - $160,000. While this range serves as a guideline, your actual compensation will reflect your unique experience, skill set, and location.
