We're looking for an organized, detail-oriented professional who thrives on keeping things running smoothly across departments. In this role, you'll manage purchasing and procurement for our production and engineering teams, coordinate vendor relationships, and help ensure our facility remains safe, efficient, and ready for the next project.

What You'll Do

  • Coordinate purchasing for materials, equipment, and services supporting daily production and operations
  • Read and interpret shop drawings and bills of materials to identify purchasing needs and confirm accuracy
  • Manage vendor relationships, negotiate pricing, and track performance to ensure reliability and cost efficiency
  • Oversee deliveries and inventory records to keep projects on schedule and ensure data accuracy
  • Support facility maintenance and safety compliance - from coordinating vendors to scheduling inspections
  • Communicate across departments to anticipate needs, resolve issues, and drive continuous improvement

What You Bring

  • 3+ years of experience in manufacturing, purchasing, or procurement
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to read and interpret shop drawings and fabrication documents
  • Proficiency with purchasing or ERP systems (Sage BusinessWorks a plus) and Microsoft Office tools
  • Clear communication skills and a proactive, problem-solving mindset
