- Knowledge using ShipStation. (preferred)
- Experience using eBay. (preferred)
- Ability to lift at least 50lbs
- Experience with shipping supplies (packing tape, boxes, etc.)
- Experience managing and pulling inventory
- Organizational skills
- Attention to detail
- Inventory purchasing experience
- Having collectibles shipping experience specifically is a plus
- An ideal candidate will be familiar with the sports cards and collectibles industry
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Prepare and package outgoing orders safely and accurately for shipment.
- Choose appropriate shipping carriers (UPS, USPS, FedEx, etc.) based on destination, cost, and insurance needs.
- Print and apply accurate shipping labels and ensure tracking information is entered correctly.
- Maintain organized staging areas for outgoing and incoming shipments.
- Coordinate with carriers for daily pickups and resolve delivery or claim issues.
- Pull items from warehouse shelves accurately based on order sheets or system pick lists
- Double-check SKU, description, and item condition before packaging.
- Merge inventory as new files are listed on online platforms.
- Restock returned or unsold items in the correct inventory location.
- Flag discrepancies, damaged items, or missing stock for review.
- Assist with receiving incoming inventory—verifying counts, condition, and accuracy against purchase orders.
- Update internal systems (e.g., eBay, warehouse software, spreadsheets) to reflect current stock levels.
- Conduct regular cycle counts and full inventory audits to maintain accuracy; identify and report low-stock or misplaced inventory.
- Monitor packaging supply levels (boxes, tape, labels, sleeves, bubble wrap, etc.)
- Perform weekly audits of supplies and request restocks proactively.
- Keep shipping stations clean, organized, and fully stocked at all times.
- Ensure all items are properly labeled for identification before storage or shipment.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment consistent with warehouse safety guidelines.
- Communicate effectively with the processing and sales teams regarding order status or delays.
- Assist with other warehouse or show preparation duties as needed (palletizing, labeling, booth prep, etc.)
- Photography:
- Photograph cards and collectibles according to company standards for staging, lighting, and clarity as needed.
- Ensure images match inventory labels and are correctly uploaded to the appropriate listings.
- Handle items with care during photography to prevent damage.
Compensation: $16.50-$20/hour
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $ $20.00 per hour
