As an
Account Recruitment Manager
(ARM) at Gravity IT Resources, you will be a pivotal force in our client relations and recruitment efforts. In this multifaceted role, you will be responsible for the strategic management of existing accounts, overseeing 2-5 accounts concurrently. Your primary objectives will be to maintain current relationships, foster new connections within existing accounts, and drive the saturation of immature accounts. In addition, you will dedicate approximately 50% of your time to hands-on recruiting to help meet client needs and deliver top IT talent.

Key Responsibilities:

Account Management:

  • Manage relationships with existing accounts to ensure the fulfillment of contractual agreements and client satisfaction.
  • Strategically manage 2-5 accounts concurrently, tailoring strategies to meet the unique needs of each client.

Relationship Building:

  • Proactively engage with clients to understand their evolving staffing requirements, organizational goals, and potential for account expansion.
  • Foster new relationships within existing accounts, particularly focusing on saturating immature accounts with growth potential.

Account Expansion:

  • Identify and pursue opportunities for account expansion by comprehensively understanding client workforce needs.
  • Collaborate with sales and recruitment teams to explore and capitalize on growth opportunities within assigned accounts.

Job Management:

  • Take ownership of managing active job openings within assigned accounts, ensuring timely and successful recruitment processes.
  • Source, Screen and Submit Candidates. Supporting the full recruitment life cycle
  • Monitor recruiters to ensure they are delivering on your active jobs and help where necessary.

Mentorship:

  • Serve as a mentor to recruiters interested in transitioning to sales, providing guidance, training, and support.
  • Facilitate a collaborative and learning-oriented environment within the recruitment team.

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of Experience in Agency-Style IT Staffing, 1+ years of experience as an Account Manager
  • Proven experience in Account Management or Client Relations within the recruitment industry.
  • Proven ability to identify strong IT talent and manage the full recruitment life cycle.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building and maintaining client relationships.
  • Ability to strategize and implement plans for saturating immature accounts and expanding existing ones.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and support recruiters, ensuring successful delivery on active jobs.
