Who Should Join

We're looking for AI-powered designers who are:

Passionate about designing for AI-first products and interfaces Skilled in using generative tools to ideate, prototype, and scale faster Excited to collaborate directly with founders and product teams on real-world launches Open to equity, milestone-based, or creative partner models — not just traditional contracts

Typical Roles & Responsibilities

  • Design visually compelling, user-centric products for early-stage startups
  • Create brand systems, landing pages, and prototypes using AI-driven tools
  • Collaborate with founders to shape the product experience from concept to MVP
  • Use AI tools for ideation, content generation, wireframing, and design automation
  • Rapidly iterate on UI/UX concepts using real-time user feedback and analytics
  • Build interactive prototypes and micro-interactions that communicate product intent
  • Help define and evolve design languages for emerging AI products

Common Qualifications

While each founder and project is unique, most SeedLink collaborations look for:

  • 3–8+ years of experience in product design, UX/UI, or brand design
  • Strong command of Figma, Framer, or Webflow, with experience using AI design tools
  • Proficiency in AI-assisted creative platforms such as Midjourney, Runway, Gamma, or Uizard
  • Ability to use ChatGPT, Claude, or Perplexity for ideation, copywriting, and workflow automation
  • Experience collaborating in fast-paced startup or cross-functional environments
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design, prototyping, and visual storytelling
  • Portfolio showcasing design for SaaS, AI, fintech, or consumer tech startups
  • Bonus: motion design, prompt engineering, or design system experience
