Concentric Corporation is partnering with a respected and growing accounting firm in search of a Senior Tax Manager in Omaha, NE. This role is ideal for a seasoned tax professional who combines technical mastery with strong leadership and relationship-building skills. The Senior Tax Manager will serve as a trusted advisor to clients while guiding a collaborative team toward excellence in service, accuracy, and strategic impact.

Position Overview:

As a Senior Tax Manager, you will be a key resource for both clients and team members. You will lead complex tax engagements, offer forward-thinking advisory services, and provide clients with the clarity and confidence needed to make sound financial decisions. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and review tax engagements for individuals, businesses, and trusts with accuracy and insight
• Serve as a trusted advisor by anticipating client needs, identifying opportunities, and delivering proactive planning solutions
• Collaborate across tax, accounting, and financial teams to provide integrated client strategies
• Coach, mentor, and develop team members to support both technical and professional growth
• Maintain and strengthen client relationships through clear communication and exceptional service
• Identify opportunities to expand client services and contribute to overall business development
• Stay informed on tax laws, GAAP standards, and new planning opportunities through continuous education
• Contribute to leadership initiatives and support a positive, collaborative team environment

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field strongly preferred; Master's in Accounting or Taxation is a plus
• CPA or EA certification typically required
• Eight or more years of progressive public accounting experience with demonstrated leadership responsibilities
• Advanced knowledge of individual and passthrough entity taxation and planning
• Strong understanding of GAAP, federal, and multi-state tax regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to explain complex issues clearly to clients
• Proven experience managing client relationships, projects, and mentoring team members
• Familiarity with CCH Axcess, Engagement, or similar tax software preferred
