UKG Configuration Specialist

About the Role
RPM is seeking a skilled UKG Configuration Specialist to support optimizing and implementing UKG Dimensions and UKG Pro Workforce Management solutions at a Canadian hospital. This role is ideal for someone who loves solving complex workforce challenges and building scalable, high-quality UKG environments.
You will be part of the core team responsible for system setup, configuration, validation, testing and support across large-scale healthcare environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with the process design team to align system configuration to process redesign.
- Configure UKG pay rules, work rules, accruals, and scheduling rules based on business requirements.
- Build and maintain security roles, function access profiles, and user access controls.
- Design and optimize the system organizational structure, demographic setup, accruals, certifications and payroll export functionality.
- Support test and production environment setup, ensuring accurate migration between environments.
- Conduct system validation and troubleshooting to ensure performance and compliance with business processes.
- Partner with functional teams to document configurations and maintain version control.
Qualifications
- 5 years' experience in UKG Dimensions or UKG Workforce Central configuration.
- Strong understanding of system configuration, pay and work rules, accruals, and scheduling logic.
- Experience in testing, troubleshooting, and documentation.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Relationships with UKG Cloud and Managed Services teams and leaders.
- Experience implementing UKG in healthcare.
