Job Summary

A ServiceNow GRC Specialist designs, configures, and implements the ServiceNow GRC module to automate and manage Governance, Risk, and Compliance processes for organizations. Key responsibilities include aligning GRC solutions with enterprise-wide objectives, developing risk controls and compliance workflows, creating reports and dashboards, and troubleshooting platform issues to ensure regulatory adherence and efficient operations. The role requires strong ServiceNow technical skills, knowledge of GRC frameworks, and experience with GRC-specific modules like Policy & Compliance, Risk, and Audit

Key Responsibilities

  • Solution Design and Implementation: Configure and customize GRC solutions within ServiceNow to align with client-specific regulatory frameworks and risk assessment methodologies.
  • Risk and Compliance Management: Develop and implement risk indicators, automated compliance checks, and security controls to meet internal policies and external regulations.
  • Workflow and Process Automation: Design and automate workflows for policy management, risk assessments, and audit processes using tools like Flow Designer.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Create dashboards and reports to provide visibility into an organization's risk posture and compliance status for stakeholders and auditors.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with internal teams and clients to gather requirements, provide technical guidance, and ensure successful GRC solution deployment.
  • Platform Maintenance: Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve issues within the ServiceNow platform, focusing on scalability, performance, and security.
  • Essential Skills & Qualifications:
  • ServiceNow Expertise: Deep hands-on experience with ServiceNow, including configuration (business rules, client scripts), customization, and integrations.
  • GRC Module Knowledge: Expertise in configuring and customizing specific ServiceNow GRC modules, such as Policy & Compliance, Risk, Audit, and Vendor Risk.
  • Technical Proficiency: Strong skills in JavaScript, workflow automation, and reporting tools.
  • Certifications: A ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or Implementation Specialist (CIS) certification, particularly in Risk and Compliance, is highly beneficial.

Job Type: Part-time
