Position SummaryThe CRM Specialist serves as a hands-on architect, data migration specialist, and system administrator responsible for implementing, customizing, and maintaining Zoho CRM and integrated digital systems.This role bridges the gap between design and execution—managing everything from data migration and API integrations to post-rollout system optimization and support.The CRM Specialist ensures accuracy, scalability, and reliability across all digital touchpoints, directly supporting sales, marketing, operations, and client experience objectives.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, configure, and implement Zoho CRM modules, fields, workflows, automation, and reporting dashboards.Lead all data migration efforts from legacy systems, including data mapping, cleansing, deduplication, and validation.Build and manage integrations between CRM, POS, e-commerce/webstore, telehealth, and accounting systems using APIs, webhooks, and middleware (Zoho Flow, Make, Zapier, or custom Deluge scripting).Establish and maintain data governance protocols, including user permissions, data accuracy, and version control.Develop and maintain post-rollout dashboards, KPIs, and performance reports for leadership visibility.Collaborate with marketing and operations to align CRM workflows with lead handling, client retention, and revenue cycle optimization.Provide technical documentation, training, and ongoing user support to ensure system adoption and operational consistency.Continuously evaluate and improve automation logic, integration efficiency, and data quality across systems.Skills & Qualifications3–5+ years of Zoho CRM experience (advanced customization, Deluge scripting, and workflow automation).Demonstrated expertise in data migration, cleansing, mapping, and transformation from legacy CRMs or third-party systems.Strong proficiency in API integrations, webhooks, and middleware platforms (Zoho Flow, Make, Zapier, etc.).Experience with Zoho One suite (CRM, Desk, Books, Campaigns, Inventory, Analytics).Working knowledge of SQL, JSON, XML, or JavaScript preferred.Exceptional attention to detail in data integrity and process automation.Strong analytical, documentation, and cross-functional communication skills.Success Metrics (KPIs)100% successful migration of legacy data with 90%.Job Type: Full-timePay: From $95,000.00 per yearBenefits:401(k)Dental insuranceEmployee discountHealth insuranceLife insurancePaid time offVision insuranceWork Location: Remote
