Business Analyst – (Logistics OR Supply Chain)

Hybrid - Atlanta, GA Every Tues, Wed & Thurs)

6-Month Contract – Possible Extension | Start: ASAP

About the Role:

Our logistics client is building a new IT team to automate and improve operations within DispatchTrack. We're seeking a Business Analyst to gather requirements, streamline processes, and help establish Agile practices across the organization.

What You'll Do:

Collaborate with stakeholders and integration teams to define business requirements.

Create user stories and support Agile delivery.

Drive automation and process improvements in scheduling and delivery functions.

Help set up Agile and Lean best practices.

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience as a Business Analyst in Agile environments.

Hands-on experience with logistics or delivery systems.

Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Bonus: Lean/Six Sigma, value stream mapping, or experience with handheld/device upgrades.
