Orkin's Northeast Division

Responsibilities
You will
be a critical partner in driving
data-driven decisions
across operations, sales, and strategic planning.

• Analyze operational and sales data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities
• Develop dashboards and reports in Excel, Power BI, and other tools to support decision-making
• Finalize monthly analyses of business trends, financial results, and key performance indicators for management reviews and strategic discussions
• Build, update, and report profitability and costing models
• Conduct strategic and financial analyses to support pricing, investments, and business planning decisions
• Create clear, data-driven presentations and reports that communicate insights and recommendations
• Identify and communicate scenarios, risks, and opportunities to inform performance reviews and planning
• Support division-wide planning, budgeting, and forecasting cycles
• Partner with leaders to translate metrics into actionable business strategies
• Participate in cross-functional projects spanning marketing, staffing, and process improvement
• Learn and apply emerging tools — including AI integration, automation, Canva, and other visualization platforms — to enhance how we analyze and communicate

Qualifications
What do you need to be successful?

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Data Analytics, Business, or a related field (1–2 years of relevant experience preferred)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with advanced Excel and Power BI skills
• Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities
• Curiosity about how a business operates end-to-end
• Confidence in working directly with senior leaders
• A proactive approach — you enjoy owning projects from start to finish
• Excitement to learn beyond the numbers, including digital storytelling and emerging technologies
• Must currently reside within a commutable distance to Atlanta, GA

• This is an onsite position in Atlanta, GA
• Candidates must meet physical job requirements and safely perform the job duties with or without accommodations
