Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Counter Person to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our customers while managing various tasks related to sales, inventory, and vehicle maintenance. This position requires strong communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers warmly and assist them with their inquiries regarding automotive parts and services.
  • Utilize the Point of Sale (POS) system for processing transactions accurately.
  • Manage inventory levels, ensuring that stock is maintained and organized effectively.
  • Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Assist in the sales process by promoting products and services that meet customer requirements.
  • Collaborate with automotive repair technicians and dealership staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety standards at all times.
  • Stay updated on market trends and new products in the automotive industry.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a retail or dealership environment is preferred.
  • Bilingual skills are a plus, enhancing communication with a diverse customer base.
  • Knowledge of automotive repair and vehicle maintenance is highly desirable.
  • Strong organizational skills with experience in inventory management.
  • Excellent sales skills with the ability to upsell products effectively.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers and team members.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and customer service.
