Summary

We are seeking a skilled Pizza Cook to join our culinary team at Midland Country Club. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality meals for various events and functions, contributing to our commitment to excellence in food service.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook a variety of pizzas for a la carte dining.
  • Ensure all meals are prepared according to the highest quality standards.
  • Carefully follows standard recipes when pre-preparing and preparing all items.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area.
  • Consistently uses safe and sanitary food handling procedures including those relating to personal hygiene.
  • Performs other appropriate tasks as assigned by the chef.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a cook (2-3 years experience preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen equipment.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Food Handlers License
