About the Role:

Are you a highly motivated and results-driven individual with a passion for sales and customer service? As an Outbound Sales Representative, you'll play a vital role in our company's growth by connecting with existing customers and helping them improve their pest protection through tailored service options.

What You'll Do:

  • Make outbound calls to current customers using our in-house database.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional pest control services based on customer needs.
  • Follow up on open proposals and close new sales.
  • Learn and communicate the benefits of our full range of pest control services, including:
  • General Pest Control
  • Rodent Control
  • Flea & Tick Control
  • Mosquito Control
  • Drywood Termite Fumigation
  • Drywood Termite Localized Treatment
  • Subterranean Termite Treatment
  • Subterranean Termite Bait Stations
  • Annual Termite Protection Plans

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience in an inside sales or outbound calling role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.
  • A self-starter with a strong work ethic and a desire to achieve sales targets.
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new product offerings.
  • Must have or be able to attain a Branch 2 and Branch 3 license.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Base Pay: $20.00 per hour
  • Commission: 10% commission on all sales
  • Employment Type: Full-time (40 hours per week)
  • Location: In-office position at our Anaheim office
