Executive Assistant to Chief Executive Officer
Reports to: CEO and President
Location: Remote (with period travel)
About the Role
- Our client is seeking an
Executive Assistant to the CEO & President
to provide high-level support in daily operations, investor communication, and acquisition execution. This role serves as the organizational backbone—enhancing leadership efficiency and enabling strategic execution across the business.
What You'll Do
- Manage complex calendars, travel logistics, and meeting scheduling.
- Prepare and organize presentations, board materials, and investor communications.
- Coordinate due diligence workflows and liaise with advisors and partners.
- Support EOS/Traction cadence, including meeting preparation, agendas, scorecards, and notes.
- Act as the first point of contact for investors, bankers, and sellers.
What We're Looking For
- Experience:
5+ years as an Executive Assistant, preferably within private equity, investment banking, or logistics.
- Skills:
Exceptional organizational and communication abilities.
- Attributes:
High discretion, strong judgment, and the ability to manage confidential information.
- Mindset:
Proactive, self-starter, and tech-savvy with a focus on execution.
Compensation & Structure
- Base (Deferred until close):
$80K–$120K
- Bonus:
Performance-based incentives
- Equity:
Potential phantom equity or options
Note:
This is a pre-revenue role. Cash compensation will be deferred until the first acquisition closes. In the interim, performance-based incentives and equity participation offer significant long-term upside.
