We're looking for a New Car Sales Manager to join the winning team at Classic Honda of Midland — the #1 Volume Honda Dealer in our district. Our dealership continues to grow at a record pace, and we're searching for a driven, disciplined, and passionate leader who thrives on competition and performance. This is an incredible opportunity to join a high-energy culture where results are recognized and rewarded.
Our current New Car Manager was recently promoted, and we're looking for the next standout performer to take the helm. As a store, we're averaging $5,000 per copy and generating $900K–$1.2M in Variable Gross each month. We're not just looking for someone to maintain — we're looking for someone to elevate. Honda experience, Dealertrack experience, and VinSolutions experience are all preferred. Candidates must have a verifiable track record of winning and proven success leading high-performing sales teams in a fast-paced environment.
This position is for A-Players only. If you jump from job to job or aren't a proven closer, don't apply. We want a leader who embraces pressure, builds great teams, and refuses to settle for average. The role pays $15K–$25K walking in the door with significant upside for top performers. At Classic Honda of Midland, winners grow, earn, and move up — just like our last New Car Manager did.
