We are seeking a reliable and experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team. This key position requires a proactive individual with excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and a background in administrative operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle daily email correspondence with professionalism and accuracy
  • Process customer orders and maintain order entry records
  • Manage purchasing activities, including vendor communications and tracking shipments
  • Provide general office support and maintain an organized work environment
  • Interact with clients, vendors, and team members in a friendly and efficient manner

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant administrative experience
  • Strong proficiency in email communication and office software (e.g., Outlook, Excel, Word) and Google Workspace.
  • Experience with order entry and purchasing systems
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Detail-oriented, dependable, and able to multitask in a fast-paced setting

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35, $45,000.00 per year
