We are currently the #1 Pilates account on Instagram with over 385k followers and 25 million monthly views/interactions.

Position Overview

Pilates & Or is seeking a dynamic leader to drive customer service, sales, and marketing initiatives across all revenue streams, including Pilates training sales, virtual studio sales, method licensing sales, equipment, accessories, and branded retail items. Many of our sales opportunities originate from instagram messages and DM's. Therefore, this person will be responsible to respond to DM's and comments, and repost stories with links to drive sales, but they will NOT have to do video editing. You may help us develop the strategy for social media.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage conversations on Direct Message, respond to comments, and repost stories with links to drive sales. Collect emails and categorize clients in our CRM software for marketing emails.
• Develop and implement strategies to grow Pilates training, method licensing, equipment, accessories, and branded retail sales, through email marketing and social media.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through direct leads
• Oversee the development and execution of special marketing projects, including brand development initiatives, events, and promotional campaigns
• Represent Pilates & Or at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance visibility and credibility.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Pilates industry developments, competitor activities, and best practices to inform business strategy
• Repost supplied videos to Tiktok, youtube and other platforms to drive audience expansion

Qualifications & Skills

• Proven experience in business development, sales, or marketing within the fitness or wellness sectors
• Demonstrated success in building partnerships and generating new business opportunities
• Strong network within the Pilates or wellness industry is highly desirable.
• Experience with fitness softwares and CRM systems, such as Arketa
• Experience with franchise sales or licensing is a bonus
• Experience with Social Media management, specifically instagram and tiktok
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Strategic thinker with the ability to execute hands-on projects and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
• Entrepreneurial mindset, highly organized, and results-driven.
• Passion for the Pilates and wellness lifestyle.
• Speaking Spanish is also a benefit, as we have a large following in Spain, Central and South America

Compensation & Structure

• Full-time, leadership role with competitive salary and performance-based incentives. Pay based on experience. You will receive a base salary and commissions on new opportunities.
• Reports directly to the founding team.
