Job Duties/Responsibilities May Include But Are Not Limited To

  • Support Learning & Development Specialist arrange training venues, coordinate training arrangements, and help L&D specialist to check the weekly training metrics. Be able to able do video shooting and editing for related training.
  • Support HR compliance team to check internal assessment related data, including overtime assessment data check, employee vendor code data check, etc.
  • Support learning & development and HR compliance internal assessment other related tasks.

Required Qualifications

  • 2027/2028 graduates with Bachelor's degree or above
  • Excellent interpersonal & communication skill
  • Sense of responsibility, strong execution, proactive and detail oriented, able to work on important and repetitive tasks with patience and accuracy.
  • Good at Chinese and English writing
  • Be able to able do video shooting and editing
  • Excellent in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint
