At HCI, we help customers Detect, Analyze, Communicate and Respond to situations and events that impact safety, managerial control and efficiency We are seeking experienced outside, B2B sales professionals in our Dallas Texas territory to solve customer problems with our advanced voice, video and data solutions. HCI is a top performing Motorola Partner with more than 39 years of service to our customers throughout Texas.

Your day will include:

  • Positioning yourself as a knowledgeable consultant in your market
  • Prospecting and cultivating new business relationships with customers from a wide variety of vertical markets
  • Navigating the sales process including needs definition, quoting, closing, and nurturing
  • Generating sales proposals and reports
  • Staying current in the technology field to keep abreast of changing trends

If you have the following minimum qualifications, we want to talk with you:

  • 3+ years of outside or field sales experience
  • A track record of over-goal, outside sales experience
  • Successful completion of pre-employment drug testing and background check (no felonies or theft convictions)
  • Valid state driver's license, clean driving record, and reliable transportation
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Professional appearance and presentation
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and general computer programs
  • Excellent people and presentation skills
  • Strong interest in sales and electronics
  • Knowledge of local market and local contacts

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75, $90,000.00 per year
