We're expanding our footprint in the Dallas/Fort Worth area and looking to add a
high-performing Outside Sales Executive
to our growing team. At Mentis Group, we help businesses take control of their technology by delivering proactive, strategy-driven IT services — including cybersecurity, cloud solutions, network management, and IT consulting. We're known for our hands-on partnership approach, exceptional service delivery, and the long-term trust we build with clients across the SMB market. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced B2B sales professional who thrives on building relationships, closing complex deals, and helping businesses modernize through technology.

What You'll Do

  • Develop new business through
    face-to-face meetings
    with business owners and C-level executives across Dallas/Fort Worth.
  • Clearly articulate the
    Mentis Group value proposition
    , aligning our services with client business goals.
  • Lead discovery conversations, conduct impactful presentations, and manage deals through close.
  • Follow a structured sales process with defined performance expectations and accountability.
  • Represent Mentis Group at networking events, conferences, and community functions to increase brand awareness.
  • Assist in building the sales pipeline through cold calling and networking.
  • Collaborate with marketing and inside sales to build and manage a healthy pipeline.
  • Partner closely with technical and operations teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and retention.

What You Bring

  • Proven success selling B2B services, preferably in IT, technology, or professional services.
  • Experience engaging directly with
    business owners and executives
    .
  • A consistent track record of
    meeting or exceeding sales goals
    within a metrics-driven environment.
  • Strong consultative selling skills and professional presentation ability.
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of managing your own territory effectively.
  • Assist in building the sales pipeline through cold calling and networking.
  • Confident, persistent, and adaptable — a professional who thrives on results.
