Founding / Senior Account Executive

Angott Search Group has partnered with a fast-growing provider of enterprise-scale data management and migration technologies to find a Founding / Senior Account Executive. This company is scaling rapidly in North America and looking for a results-oriented sales leader to spearhead growth across major enterprise accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline through strategic prospecting, partner collaboration, and targeted outreach.
- Build relationships with CIOs, CTOs, and senior IT decision-makers to identify needs and position solutions effectively.
- Manage the full enterprise sales cycle—from lead generation through negotiation and contract close.
- Work closely with technical and pre-sales teams on demos, proposals, and proofs of concept.
- Collaborate with storage vendors, channel partners, and system integrators to drive co-selling opportunities.
- Track opportunities and forecasts using Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
- Deliver impactful presentations and executive-level communications.
- Contribute to marketing events, campaigns, and industry conferences to expand brand awareness.
- Stay current on trends in storage, backup, cloud, and data infrastructure solutions.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 4 years of experience selling enterprise software or infrastructure solutions (storage, backup, or disaster recovery preferred).
- Demonstrated success closing large, complex deals (six- or seven-figure ARR).
- Strong understanding of enterprise storage architectures—file, block, object, virtualization, and cloud.
- Proven ability to work with channel partners, OEMs, and resellers.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and able to thrive in a high-autonomy environment.
