Duties

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities by analyzing market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes.
  • Develop comprehensive strategic plans to expand the company's reach into new markets and segments.
  • Build and nurture relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders to foster long-term collaborations.
  • Lead negotiations for contracts, partnerships, and sales agreements to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Manage cross-functional projects to ensure timely execution of growth initiatives and alignment with organizational goals.
  • Monitor industry developments and adjust strategies proactively to maintain competitive advantage.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or strategic planning within a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong proficiency in CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms.
  • Demonstrated ability in negotiation, deal-closing, and relationship management.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Deep understanding of marketing principles and customer relationship management strategies.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; advanced degrees are a plus.
