InsurTech SaaS firm
transforming how
MGAs, carriers, and brokers
operate across the
Property & Casualty
insurance ecosystem.

Their modular platform streamlines underwriting, policy admin, and distribution — helping insurance businesses modernize operations and accelerate growth.

They're now seeking a
VP of Sales
to lead commercial growth across the U.S., with a particular focus on
MGA and P&C carrier partnerships
.

This is a hands-on, strategic role — ideal for a sales leader who thrives in high-growth SaaS environments and knows how to build and execute an effective
go-to-market (GTM)
plan from the ground up.

As
VP of Sales
, you'll own the full sales strategy and execution across the MGA and carrier segments.

You'll be responsible for
building pipeline, leading deals, and expanding market presence
while shaping the commercial organization for scale.

Reporting directly to the CEO, this role combines
leadership, strategy, and frontline execution
— perfect for a builder who can both sell and lead.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the
    GTM strategy
    across MGA and carrier markets.
  • Build and manage a high-performing
    sales team
    as the business scales.
  • Drive
    new business development
    and expand key client relationships.
  • Own the
    end-to-end sales cycle
    — from lead generation to close.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine positioning and messaging.
  • Represent the company at
    industry events and conferences
    to enhance brand visibility.
  • Deliver consistent, predictable revenue growth with a focus on long-term client success.

What You Bring

  • 7+ years' experience in
    B2B SaaS sales
    , with deep exposure to
    P&C insurance, MGAs, or carriers
    .
  • Proven success leading
    enterprise sales or GTM efforts
    in a
    high-growth SaaS
    or
    InsurTech
    environment.
  • Hands-on experience building pipeline and closing complex enterprise deals.
  • Strong understanding of
    insurance operations, underwriting, and distribution workflows
    .
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Based in
    Texas
    , with flexibility to travel regionally and nationally as needed.
