With a growing presence across international markets, the company is expanding its footprint in the United States and seeking a seasoned leader to drive this next phase of growth.
Position Summary:
The VP of Sales will be responsible for leading the company's US-based strategy, operations, and business development. This role requires a visionary and results-oriented leader with a deep understanding of the AEC industry and experience working with offshore delivery teams. The successful candidate will drive revenue growth, build strategic client relationships, launch new service lines such as Digital Twins and AI applications, and lead a high-performing, cross-functional US team.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Growth
- Lead business development initiatives to expand revenue and market share in the US.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop offerings around Digital Twins, AI, and other emerging AECO technologies.
Client Engagement
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with senior client stakeholders, including CXOs and key decision-makers.
- Represent the company at industry events to enhance brand visibility and build strategic partnerships.
Operational Leadership
- Ensure seamless collaboration between US client-facing teams and offshore delivery operations.
- Govern project execution to ensure quality, timeliness, and client satisfaction across all engagements.
Team Building & Leadership
- Recruit, develop, and manage a US-based team including Business Development, Account Management, and Client Success professionals.
- Foster strong collaboration and alignment with offshore leadership teams.
Strategic Initiatives
- Contribute to the company's long-term strategic planning and innovation roadmap.
- Monitor market trends and position the company at the forefront of industry evolution.
Qualifications:
- 15+ years of experience, including 5+ years in a senior leadership role within the AECO or related industries.
- Demonstrated success in business development, client relationship management, and revenue growth.
- Proven experience with offshore delivery models, preferably involving India-based operations.
- Knowledge of digital construction technologies such as BIM, Digital Twins, and AI applications.
- Strong communication, networking, and executive relationship-building skills.
- Experience in scaling and managing cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
