Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Early Intervention Service Coordinator to join our team. This role involves coordinating and delivering comprehensive early intervention services to children and families, ensuring they receive the appropriate support and resources during critical developmental periods. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, a compassionate approach, and relevant expertise in children's development services. This position offers an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on children's lives by facilitating access to essential therapeutic and support services.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate early intervention programs tailored to individual child and family needs
  • Develop and implement service plans in collaboration with families, healthcare providers, and community agencies
  • Monitor progress and adjust service plans accordingly to ensure optimal developmental outcomes
  • Facilitate communication among multidisciplinary teams to promote cohesive care delivery
  • Maintain detailed documentation of services provided, progress notes, and case management records
  • Educate families about available resources, therapeutic options, and support networks

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Proven experience in early childhood intervention services
  • Familiarity with gender issues counseling to address diverse family dynamics and individual needs
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust with children and families from diverse backgrounds
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in documentation and case management
  • Ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams and community settings
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development in early intervention practices and related fields

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $ $30.00 per hour
