National Maintenance Supervisor

Title: National Maintenance Supervisor (Maintenance Rotator)

Location: Nationwide travel required, preferably based in the Midwest or East Coast

Salary: $80,000–$95,000

Overview:

We are seeking an experienced, hands-on National Maintenance Supervisor to support maintenance operations across our family entertainment parks nationwide. This role provides essential technical support and preventative maintenance for parks throughout our network, ensuring a consistent and safe experience for guests in every location. The Maintenance Rotator travels extensively to inspect, repair, and enhance park systems, and ensures that all facilities and attractions in their service area meet safety and brand standards through proactive maintenance, regular inspection, and team training. This role is part of the maintenance team serving Sky Zone indoor trampoline parks and related family entertainment facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Travel to park locations nationwide to perform preventative and corrective maintenance on trampolines, attractions, play structures, mechanical rides, and facility systems.

Troubleshoot and repair electrical components, motors, lighting, and control panels.

Inspect and maintain plumbing systems, including water supply, drainage, and restroom facilities.

Work with steel, concrete, and structural materials to ensure park infrastructure integrity.

Perform welding, fabrication, and minor construction as needed for repairs.

Conduct safety inspections, maintain repair logs, and ensure compliance with all applicable safety standards.

Provide on-site technical guidance and training to park maintenance teams.

Coordinate closely with the Director of Parks to plan rotation schedules, priorities, and repair timelines.

Assist with emergency repairs to minimize downtime and keep parks operational.

Qualifications and Skills:

Strong technical and mechanical aptitude.

Experience in facility maintenance, electrical systems, plumbing, or construction required.

Knowledge of structural materials and understanding of load-bearing and mechanical forces preferred.

Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving ability.

Strong communication, customer service, and leadership skills.

Ability to travel extensively for extended rotations.

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift 50 pounds or more and perform hands-on maintenance and repair work.

Comfortable working at heights, in confined spaces, and in various environmental conditions.

Schedule and Travel:

Extensive travel required to parks across the United States.

Rotational schedule options such as three weeks on, two weeks off, or similar arrangements may be available.
