We are looking for a Clinical Supervisor to join our new Center for Family Engagement and Well-Being Program.
Starting salary is $68,000k/yr. depending on experience. In addition, there is a $200 weekend on-call bonus for any weekend the employee is scheduled to be on call.
Schedule: In-office position. Weekdays, 9a–5p, on call for escalated clinical needs.
This role includes additional on-call hours to support coverage on Monday and Tuesday 5 p.m. to 9 a.m. The on-call rotation coverage will involve splitting the 8hr shift (4 hr. shift), or splitting the day with another staff member. Flexibility is essential, as support may be needed by phone or in person.
The person in this role must have must hold their LPC, LCSW, LCPC, LMFT licensure.
Position Overview
Summary
The Clinical Supervisor makes a meaningful difference in the lives of families served by the National Youth Advocate Program. This position is responsible for the management, quality, and administration of the clinical programing, such as the provisions of clinical leadership and direct supervision for assigned staff. The Clinical Supervisor serves as a member of the Center for Family Engagement and Well-Being Program leadership team ensuring sound clinical practices in programming according to the NYAP mission, vision, and values.

Responsibilities
The Clinical Supervisor will perform duties including, but not limited to:
- Perform all work in a manner consistent with the National Youth Advocate Programs mission, values, and philosophies
- Screen referrals upon admission, assigning cases and assuring all initial documentation is completed in a timely manner.
- Responsible for the development and implementation of training plans for treatment and service team members.
- Attend team meetings and provide clinical consultation and feedback to the treatment team to assure high quality and effective services.
- Provide consultation and advocacy on behalf of clients with schools, community agencies, and other providers.
- Provide on-call services to respond to after hour emergencies and crises based on program needs.
- Responsible for the direct supervision on the following based on program needs:
- Provide weekly group and/or individual supervision
- Review all new referrals with assigned staff to identify immediate treatment needs and/or safety concerns.
- Review and ensure the completion of daily logs.
- Evaluate direct service staff.
- Regularly participate in quality assurance activities.
- Provide Diagnostic Assessments upon intake, if not already completed
- Responsive communication with referral partners and ERC staff.
- Complete, submit, and/or manage required program and tracking data
- Provide needed reporting documentation to ensure accurate billing.
- Thoughtful collaboration with ERC Leadership and IL FC Leadership to identify potential longer term placement options.
Minimum Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Social Services or other related human service field
- 3 years' experience in the field of human services with experience in supervision.
- Must hold LPC, LCPC, LCSW, LMFT licensure.
- Capacity to effectively work with and be respectful and sensitive to persons from various cultures, socioeconomic, ethnic, religious, and racial backgrounds.
- Must have a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, automotive insurance, and a good driving record.
- Proficient use of desktop and laptop computers, smart phones and tablets, printers, fax machines and photocopiers as well as software including word processing, spreadsheet and database programs.
