Join our dynamic team as an Outside Sales Representative and ignite growth by connecting with new clients and expanding our market presence. In this energetic role, you will be the driving force behind business development, managing territory sales, and building lasting relationships with clients across various industries. Your passion for sales, combined with your strategic mindset, will help us deliver innovative solutions and exceed targets. Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic plans to identify and generate new business opportunities within assigned territories through cold calling, networking, and lead generation techniques.
- Manage existing accounts by providing exceptional customer service, upselling products and services, and ensuring client satisfaction to foster long-term partnerships.
- Conduct product demonstrations and technical sales presentations tailored to client needs, highlighting features and benefits to close deals effectively.
- Utilize CRM software such as Hubspot to track leads, manage customer interactions, update account information, and analyze sales data for continuous improvement.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing terms confidently while maintaining profitability and aligning with client requirements.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop territory-specific campaigns that increase brand awareness and drive sales growth.
- Maintain comprehensive territory management by planning daily routes, scheduling meetings, and ensuring consistent follow-up with prospects and clients.
Requirements
- Must be over age of 21 with valid driver's license. This job is 100% on the road and requires traveling.
- Proven experience in outside sales within a cannabis or hemp industry.
- Strong management skills with the ability to handle multiple accounts simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to build rapport with diverse clients and close high-value deals.
- Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or other CRM tools for lead tracking, customer management, and sales analysis.
- Demonstrated success in lead generation through cold calling, direct sales approaches, and networking efforts.
- Ability to perform product demos effectively by translating technical features into customer benefits.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to territory management, inside sales support when needed, and achieving sales targets.
